cellulose[edit]

I think it is misleading to list cellulose as a carbohydrate. How are we to reflect that it is not considered a carbohydrate nutritionally, that is, for human nutrition? Also I think there might be a distinction between carbohydrates as molecules, e.g. the various simple sugars, and carbohyrdates as foods, or the food group. But this might be repeating the question above. It would appear that the term can be considered different in different contexts, and we should be careful not to oversimplify.
