Today's NY Times (https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/01/29/magazine/china-globalization-kazakhstan.html) uses the word cephalopodic to describe a transportation network.

For those of us who like Wikipedia is there a way we should record that terrific use of the word here, in that way that I'm told the OED and Merriam Webster kept / keep index cards showing specific uses of words?
