As a non-native speaker, I must admit that I may be wrong on the issue. But I happen to miss an adjective with identical spelling, yet different pronunciation "/kənˈtreəri/" i.e. someone who makes it a habit of contradicting others. With your kind permission to use the formidable definition you have given, I would simply try to insert it myself. I'm not an expert on the pronunciation format either but I'm confident I've got it right as laid out above.
