How do i use the word cretus in a sentence?

Well, for one, since it is a Participle, you can use it just as you would an Adjective. —AugPi 18:20, 30 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
E.g.: Illa academia creta est. — That academy is distinguished. —AugPi 18:30, 30 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
Then, you can also use it to form the passive perfect, passive future perfect, and passive pluperfect conjugations of the verb cernō (and possibly crēscō as well). —AugPi 18:26, 30 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
