Hello, in french[edit]

we have a lot of translations for "separate" or "distinct" , but the only archaic word coming from "dividuus" seems to be "divis" ("diviso" in spanish), & is used only now by attorneys and notaries. BTW my Webster's Dic. says it's archaic, & it too has a quotation from John Milton... T.y. Arapaima 06:55, 12 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

disagree[edit]

I found this word 'dividual in the macquarie australian thesaurus (?date) as meaning shared or divisible, an antonym of 'individual'. Also here <http://www.thefreedictionary.com/Dividual> I would further argue that this definition fits with the quotation from Milton --Tradimus 03:15, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
