Many people claim that scarcity of resources is a myth. [1]

 Is this the reason to have the cleanup template on the page?
 Doesn't sound like something related to the meaning of the word to me.
 I'll take the rfc template out for now. If the article still needs
 cleanup please be specific on why it does, so that the cleanup can be
