The dictionary of the highest authority on Finnish language (Kotimaisten kielten tutkimuskeskus, Institute for the Languages of Finland) says there are no weak-grade forms for this verb — within this conjugation paradigm (No. 72), the first infinitive (which this would be) is a weak-grade form.[1] Meaning that this is a defective verb. The dictionary lists the indicative third-person singular form (erkanee) as the lemma. -- Puisque (talk) 22:05, 11 May 2017 (UTC)

It's more of an RFV topic, but I was able to find sufficient cites to prove that the weak forms have been used, even if rarely. — surjection ⟨?⟩ 22:28, 10 May 2019 (UTC)
