Usage?[edit]

At first this felt more like a quote to me, but I suppose people tend to say it at least sarcastically. I'm not really certain of a colloquial usage or meaning that I could put my finger on. Sorry if I acted hastily by nominating it for a speedy deletion. Medellia 06:50, 9 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Latin[edit]

Do we need the Latin? By all accounts, the usage is post-Classical Latin. Even if it can be attested in Latin texts, it seems SoP. Mglovesfun (talk) 09:23, 2 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
