The French idiom: Rfv-sense on "snuff it"... does that literally "to snuff" something out, or "to die"?... If the latter it should say so rather than use euphemisms for idioms. Goldenrowley 06:43, 25 August 2009 (UTC)
- It means "to die". It also means "to make a very important decision to change one's life". It may also mean both (to commit suicide). Try to google "faire le grand saut" + "mourir" to find examples. Lmaltier 16:39, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
