There are plenty of quotes out there using "The final frontier" to refer to space, but there are also lots of quotes referring to other frontiers, such as mental illness, photographs of Pakistan, international regimes, parapsychology, etc. I think the problem here is not one for RFV, but for RFD - the phrase is SOP.
