As far as I've heard, the pronominal forms "għonqi", "għonqu", etc., are still always pronounced with a long vowel, so the shortening is really restricted entirely to monosyllables. Of course, in the long run one would expect that all forms become short, but who knows. 77.183.213.55 20:55, 21 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
