Definition 2 seems to refer to a East African phenomenon (based on examples 2.1 and 2.2). It's not clear to me that it is in fact an English word, as opposed to a word from a local language used to refer to a concept that has no equivalent in English-speaking cultures. If we're going to keep it, I would suggest the definition be updated along the lines of "In [East African] culture, a temporary work group..." unless we can provide examples of its wider use.
