On Portuguese[edit]

Guisado in Southern Brazil (in the state of Rio Grande do Sul) means "minced meat" (i.e., the "Hackfleisch", in German). It doesn't have any relation to stew.

(but this at least explains why what I call guisado in the south doesn't correspond to what friends from the northeast would understand) Vaulttech (talk) 13:22, 11 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

I’ve added this sense. Thanks! — Ungoliant (falai) 14:26, 11 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
