A hands-free orgasm, or adverbially, to cum hands-free, means without stimulating the penis vagina or anus. Orgasm entirely from manual stimulation of the nipples is still hands-free, whereas that from prone masturbation is not. --Simplificationalizer (talk) 21:03, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
- I’m researching this further and it seems that prone masturbation would be considered hands free. So a better definition would be without manually stimulating the penis or vagina, which seems closer to the sense we have, but still not the same.
