(law) A Greek law passed in 1928 which made it illegal to express support for the overthrow of the Greek state.

    Veniselos enacted in 1929 a series of «measures for the security of the prevailing social order» — the Idionym Law — on the basis of which in 1932 alone 544 persons were convicted to sentences of up to five years imprisonment.
