I edited the Article - as it described the BosWash Megalopolis as extending down to Norfolk, VA. Virginians have a hard time accepting this in any discussion of the Megalopolis, but the from outside Prince William County to Richmond hardly constitutes continual urban growth. In the time it takes to reach Richmond from Northern Virginia one could be in or fairly close to Philadelphia going north, and the chain of urbanity would hardly be broken.

Once you include Richmond in that definition, the argument seems to take a course towards including Atlanta in that definition, and having driven to both beautiful cities from DC, the land between hardly fits the definition for either city. --63.118.45.4 18:29, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
