@Hippietrail Ah that makes sense. A lot of people don't have the necessary fonts installed to render Gothic -- see w:WP:Gothic Unicode Fonts. But I don't think there's something Wiktionary can do about that, short of rendering images for every single Gothic entry (sort of like is done for Egyptian), which may be a bit much (we don't do it for any cuneiform language either). — Mnemosientje (t · c) 15:05, 18 September 2018 (UTC)
