I think that in DEX 2009 there is a misprint. In MDA or DEX 1998, it's not marked as regional.

The newer versions do however mark it as regional and as sources, they're pretty reliable. In all honesty, I've personally only heard this term being used outside Muntenia. --Robbie SWE (talk) 20:15, 15 February 2021 (UTC)

There are plenty of Muntenian writers who use it.
