Coinage[edit]

@TagaSanPedroAko Where'd you source the theory that it was coined by Eusebio Daluz in 1915? I can find several sources using the word before 1915, the earliest is 1902 here: https://www.google.com.ph/books/edition/Ley_no_514_creando_la_junta_de_la_exposi/npODqNh1YwEC?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=%22paaralan%22&pg=RA5-PA63&printsec=frontcover. @Mar vin kaiser It has something to do with the etymologies for words like bansa which has such similar claims. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 07:10, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@TagaSanPedroAko: Can you source those claims? Because even the word "bansa", I can find in an article in 1907 herel, well before 1915 or 1910: https://www.google.com.ph/books/edition/The_Filipino_Teacher/30a0vpvmHHcC?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=%22bansa%22+%22mga%22&pg=PP32&printsec=frontcover. --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 07:30, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Mar vin kaiser You can just remove or replace them as appropriate. By the way, this and the likes of bansa are all products of the Tagalista movement, of which Daluz is part of. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 07:32, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
