Rfv-sense:

  1. A flat, imitation pocket fixed to the outside of a garment as decoration.

Other dictionaries seem to define "patch pocket" as a true pocket made out of a piece of textile sewn on the outside a garment. Added this sense already. The terms used in the web for an imitation pocket include "decorative pocket", "fake pocket" and "false pocket". Should any of these be made an entry? --Hekaheka 06:57, 21 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Your definition seems better and not obviously NISoP.
But, if "patch pocket" is used to mean a "pocket that is not a pocket (false), merely decorative", then, by the misnomer principle, it also seems to be non-NISoP and thereby includable in that sense. The other terms don't seem to me to be misnomers and entries don't seem warranted IMHO. DCDuring TALK 20:27, 21 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
Due to lack of defenders, removed disputed sense. --Hekaheka 09:46, 9 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
