The pharse Picciottu is not an Italian word but can be used in some provinces as an expression of youth. Goya Picciottu! Expressing here I have this young baby boy! Or bambino. I am sorry but you are confused with Sicilian language in America. It is just a regional (foreign) expression which was corrected when coming into the Usa. IT CARRIES NO WEIGHT IN THE USA. DOES NOT MEAN MAFIA NOR SOILDER.
