- Yes, but the route of derivation is disputed. According to Vasmer, probably from Italian bombagio; according to Černyx, borrowed from Armenians in Crimea. There are many other opinions. I would like to see what Anikin writes, before we list Russian here. --Vahag (talk) 10:15, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
