I'm not. See the declension table at quis, and you can double check it at the Perseus Word Study Tool. I think part of the problem is that there are multiple quis (not to mention multiple quams), and only one of those applies here. Plus the declension of this qui is irregular. ‘Quam' could also be the accusative singular feminine of qui in Latin, not just ‘than'
