Google n-grams has re-entry 50x - 200x more common than reentry lately (post 2000) and even more common previously. Not found reëntry. In principle, we should confirm that re-entry is dominant for each attestable sense, but, if your prior relative probability for each is 50x or 100x, the odds that any form other than re-entry is dominant for any attestable definition are, ahem, low.
