In the Persoonia images, I can't see the scale leaves subtending the flowers. This downloadable document describes them in P. micranthera "Scale leaves triangular to narrowly triangular, acute to acuminate, 2-8 mm long, 0.4-1.5 mm wide. Inflorescences terminal or rarely subterminal, anauxotelic, pantotomic, (1-)4-15 flowered; rachis (0-) 1-6 cm long. Flowers subtended by scale leaves, regular, mostly held upright to subupright."
