Countability[edit]

If the word is not countable (see revision history), why are we using multiple citations that have it in the plural? They must be either accurate uses or somehow unacceptable, and in the latter case I suppose we should take them out. Never mind; I see we have both forms now. I don't think either sense as defined is uncountable. "The activity of making shards" or of decomposing databases might be uncountable I suppose, but so what? DCDuring TALK 01:08, 8 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
