Rfv-sense: Someone who has committed suicide. DTLHS (talk) 20:55, 27 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Note that the definition has been recently changed from something quite different: “One who's suspicious post-death tampered or altered circumstantial evidence and/or false narrative is officially pronounced a suicide, by fabrication, omission, distortion, and/or misinformation, possibly to cover up an accident, blunders, corruption, or malfeasance.” . Specifically, it corresponded to the second sense of suicide#Verb, whereas now it corresponds to the first one. — Ungoliant (falai) 21:05, 27 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, I changed that. It looks like bullshit to me. --Cien pies 6 (talk) 21:07, 27 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
Speedied: it's our conspiracy theorist mixing up nouns and verbs. Equinox 21:43, 27 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Adjective: 2. killed by somebody else ?

[edit]

suicide reads "2. (tr) To kill (someone) and make their death appear to have been a suicide rather than a homicide (now especially as part of a conspiracy)." --Backinstadiums (talk) 22:45, 11 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

  • The definition goes “One who's suspicious post-death [] ”, but the quotations all use “Requiem for the Suicided”, which suggest something similar to “the Irish” or “the poor”. No plural is given.
  • Poor grammar and spelling.
  • Synonyms that are really hypernyms.
  • The list of quotations could be simplified.
