Senses from Chambers 1908[edit]
These are covered by our existing senses, but not specifically mentioned as subsenses: (i) the change of one metal into another; (ii) (pathology) any morbid change in a part. Equinox ◑ 04:58, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
"African nationalist groupthink"[edit]
I don't feel I have sufficient knowledge and understanding to edit Wiktionary, but "(politics, South Africa) Ideologically driven government policy - becoming more conformant with socialist and African nationalist groupthink." just doesn't look right or even remotely objective. Am I right to think that this should be deleted? Itsmeitis (talk) 15:33, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
- I have changed the definition to "The transition from the apartheid era to a multiracial democracy in South Africa" as a more neutral definition of the term and one that more closely fits the term's usage. Frederick (talk) 03:23, 5 August 2022 (UTC)
