The second sense for the noun ("nonsense, folly, absurdity") seems difficult to separate from the first sense. A number of the examples cited under the first sense could equally be cited under the second.

I have been unable to find any citations for the verbal sense. The forms unreasoned and unreasoning exist as adjectives but don’t seem to be used as verbs. It would be important to cite examples of this verbal use if this sense is to be retained. (Aabull2016 (talk) 17:40, 24 January 2017 (UTC))Reply
