Why are download and upload defined in completely different ways? To me, download presents the correct definition. — This comment was unsigned.
- Both terms should clearly identify the confusion that sometimes arises: some people insist that you can only upload a file from a server to your computer; colloquially, the opposite understanding is prevalant.
