A Latin neologism meaning "user". This seems to be pretty recent, and I've also seen usuarius, but I don't think that either of those is citeable. usor tends to be used fairly regularly on the Latin Wikimedia sites (eg. Vicipaedia, Victionary, Vicimedia), although I can't find any outside usage. It's probably idiosyncratic.
