Although intention may be relevant in a court, it is not relevant in a dictionary. It is a useful qualification, but unnecessary for the definition and may in practice confuse the reader - especially a reader for whom English is not a first language. - Amgine/ t·e 00:51, 22 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
