Etymology[edit]
The area in and between the two valleys of the river Grwyney, which use their Welsh names, Grwyne Fawr and the smaller Grwyne Fechan.
Proper noun[edit]
- A community (civil parish) in south-east Powys, Wales, on the border with Monmouthshire.
