Procedure

[edit]

After fixing one of the entries linked to from this list, is it better to <strike> it or remove it? Haplogy () 02:51, 9 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Whichever you prefer. I suppose simply removing finished entries would make it easiest to see what was left to do. I only struck and left defeatured because it had bigger problems than just a POS mismatch between the header and the template (namely, the POS that the citations supported was different from both the header and the template). It can be removed, though. - -sche (discuss) 05:03, 9 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Numbers?

[edit]

What is the significance of the numeric sections? SemperBlotto (talk) 08:15, 29 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

That's how AutoWikiBrowser (which I used to make the list) outputs it. It makes the page easier to edit: the Mediawiki software can often resolve/avoid edit conflicts when people are editing different sections at the same time, whereas editing an unsectioned page would result in edit conflicts. - -sche (discuss) 08:29, 29 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Inefficient, case-sensitive regex used to make this list: (Noun(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(proper noun|pronoun|verb|adverb|adjective|determiner|article)|en-proper noun|en-pron|en-verb|en-adv|en-adj|en-det)|Proper noun(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(noun|pronoun|verb|adverb|adjective|determiner|article)|en-noun|en-pron|en-verb|en-adv|en-adj|en-det)|Pronoun(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(noun|proper noun|verb|adverb|adjective|determiner|article)|en-noun|en-proper noun|en-verb|en-adv|en-adj|en-det)|Verb(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(noun|proper noun|pronoun|adverb|adjective|determiner|article)|en-noun|en-proper noun|en-pron|en-adv|en-adj|en-det)|Adverb(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(noun|proper noun|pronoun|verb|adjective|determiner|article)|en-noun|en-proper noun|en-pron|en-verb|en-adj|en-det)|Adjective(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(noun|proper noun|pronoun|verb|adverb|determiner|article)|en-noun|en-proper noun|en-pron|en-verb|en-adv|en-det)|Determiner(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(noun|proper noun|pronoun|verb|adverb|adjective|article)|en-noun|en-proper noun|en-pron|en-verb|en-adv|en-adj)|Article(===| ===|====| ====)\n\{\{(head\|en\|(noun|proper noun|pronoun|verb|adverb|adjective|determiner)|en-noun|en-proper noun|en-pron|en-verb|en-adv|en-adj|en-det)) - -sche (discuss) 14:51, 7 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
