 <  10 11 12  >
    Cardinal : aon déag
    Ordinal : aonú déag
    Personal : aon duine dhéag

Pronunciation[edit]

Numeral[edit]

aon déag

  1. eleven
    aon mhéadar déageleven meters

Usage notes[edit]

When used to modify a noun, aon precedes the noun (and triggers lenition, except with d, s, and t), while déag follows the noun.

The form aon deich a haon was prescribed by Peadar Ua Laoghaire in the 1920s, but it is unclear whether it has ever been used by native speakers.
