From ass +‎ run. First used among gaming communities in the late 1990s.

assrun (third-person singular simple present assruns, present participle assrunning, simple past assran, past participle assrun)

  1. (US, video games, slang) To follow (a player in a first-person shooter game) in order to shoot them from behind.
    One of your players assran me at every opportunity.
    You were assrunning for the whole game.
