Etymology[edit]
From Javanese ꦧꦲꦸꦉꦏ꧀ꦱ (bahureksa), from Old Javanese bāhurakṣā (“armour, bracelet”), from Sanskrit बाहु (bāhu, “arm”) + रक्षा (rakṣā, “protection”).
