(food) A chocolate-based dessert consisting of a block or shell of some form of chocolate (which may have been shaped artistically) that has a filling or is stuffed with special or surprise ingredients, which is subsequently served with a topping of molten chocolate or previously coated with a chocolate ganache and served.
