     Le médecin, en toute bonne foi, s’imagine que la crise a été insignifiante, qu’il s’est agi d’une crisette comme certains le mettent sur leur petit mot d’envoi, et que tout est bien calmé.

     The doctor, all in good faith, imagines that the crisis was insignificant, that it was basically a mini-crisis as some of them put it in a brief report, and that it's all cooled off.
