This is an erroneous spelling (or erroneous construction) of einhver. It is influenced by the word's neuter form eitthvað (it is difficult to distinguishing between the sounds [n̥] and [h] in this position). Eitthvað has an analogous misspelling: einhvað.
This misspelling is often associated with teenagers, but it also occasionally makes its way into newspapers columns by more experienced writers. It is however always regarded as erroneous rather than just non-standard.
