fan car (plural fan cars)

  1. (automotive, motor racing) A car with a fan to create a vacuum underneath the car, increasing downforce and better sticking the car to the driving surface, increasing traction.
  2. (fandom slang) A car designed to replicate or display an element that the particular aficionado(s) desired
