fylkesveg m (definite singular fylkesvegen, indefinite plural fylkesvegar, definite plural fylkesvegane)

  1. originally a county road in Norway owned and maintained by a county municipality (fylkeskommune). Those county roads that have road numbers are main roads that were originally called riksveg until officially renamed in 2010 and transferred to the counties, but they are still maintained by the state.
