      The earliest potassic granites in the southern part of the Timpton-Sutam megablock appear only at the end of the fourth cycle.
    • 2012, Wylie Poag, The Chesapeake Bay Crater:
      On the single and two-channel profiles, however, ringing interference (repetition of shallower reflections) between the basement and postimpact sediments prevents clear definition of the displaced megablocks.
