English[edit]
Noun[edit]
mirror will (plural mirror wills)
- (law) A pair of identical documents executed by two people in order to ensure identical dispositions of their property upon the death of either or both.
Usage notes[edit]
- The mirror will differs from the mutual will in that the latter is intended as a contract, made irrevocable by the agreement of both testators to execute the document.
