Tocharian A[edit]

Etymology[edit]

Originally only accusative, from Proto-Tocharian *ñäś (compare Tocharian B ñaś), assimilated from *mñäś, from Proto-Indo-European *mné ǵe (compare Old Norse mik, Ancient Greek ἐμέγε (emége)), accusative formation ultimately from *éǵh₂.[1]
