Particularly: “Not mentioned by Derksen or Smoczynski. Looks similar in form and meaning to formations like Latvian skulbenis (bell), itself related to kalbė́ti (to speak) and kalbà (language).[1][2] The shift from an l to an m would have to be explained, though.”
