tip drill (plural tip drills)

  1. (basketball) A practice drill where a line of players improve their rebounding skills by catching a rebound in the air, tossing the ball back against the backboard before landing, and returning to the end of the line to go again.
  2. (African-American Vernacular, derogatory) Synonym of butterface: A person with an attractive body but an ugly face.
  3. (African-American Vernacular, derogatory) A person who is gangbanged.
