  2. (Hong Kong) A citizen-owned automobile used as an illegal unlicensed taxi.
  3. (Australia) A mandatory card required in Australia to order to work on a construction site.
  4. (soccer) A card similar to the red card and yellow card, but used to acknowledge sportmanship or fair play.
