Etymology[edit]

From Ottoman Turkish یادرغامق (yadırgamak, to find strange), ultimately from Proto-Turkic *yāt (foreign, foreigner), whence yad. Cognate with Turkmen ýadyrgamak (to find strange).

yadırgamak (third-person singular simple present yadırgar)
