- Used in place of verbs one does not know the verb of or has forgotten
- ܬܲܪܥܵܐ ܐܲܢܸܠ ܠܹܗ ― tarˁā annil lēh ― Do that thing to the door. (Perhaps in reference to closing the door.)
- ܝܼܘܸܢ ܗ݇ܘܵܐ ܡܐܲܢܘܿܠܵܗ̇ ܪܲܕܵܝܬܵܐ ܟܲܕ݂ ܩܸܡ ܚܵܙܝܵܐ ܠܝܼ ― īwen wā mˀanōlāh raddāytā kaḏ qim ḥāzyā lī ― I was whatever-ing the car when she saw me. (Perhaps in reference to starting the car).
Usage notes[edit]
Used as a filler word similar to ܝܲܥܢܹܐ (yaˁnē), with ܗܸܢܢܵܐ (hinnā) being used as a filler word for nouns and adjectives.
